He played Shepherd in William Shakespeare's play, "The Winter's Tale," in an Oregon Shakespeare Festival production at the Angus Bowmer Theatre in Ashland, Oregon with Nell Geisslinger (Perditia) and Miriam Laube (Hermione); in the cast. Penny Metropulos was director. Libby Appel was artistic director.
