Harman has worked as an animal keeper, receptionist, faux finisher, caterer, riding instructor and teacher at the kindergarten through college level. She is a partner in a consulting company with her husband. Harman speaks publicly about her UFO experiences and her time writing for UFO magazine from 2000-2004. She has visited Roswell, NM and the crop circles of Wiltshire, England.
