His gimmick is based on
Sean Waltman's X-Pac persona, as part of the DeGeneration X-inspired Bloc Party. He was originally billed from the Republic of Georgia via Pakistan, and is thus an "ex-Pak." However, he is currently listed on both his Twitter and on CHIKARA's website as being from Islamabad, Pakistan. Of the Bloc Party members, he is the one who plays up his gimmick the most, imitating many of Waltman's moves and mannerisms and his mask even resembles X-Pac's face. He has even been photographed doing the DX crotch chop pose with Waltman, which is in decided contrast with CHIKARA's family-friendly nature. He even describes himself on his Twitter as a "Degenerate Punk.".
