Leigha Kingsley was put on the shortlist of actresses for the role of "Tara" after auditioning in an open casting call for director Paul Schrader's "The Canyons". She beat out hundreds of other actresses that auditioned around the world, but ended up passing due to the amount of nudity involved in the project.
