Stephanie is related to educator Lucinda Wilson Todd, the first plaintiff in the Brown vs. Board of Education case of 1954 in Topeka, Kansas. She is also related to the first African American federal administrative law Judge Paul Brady and civil rights advocate/broadcasting executive Xernona Clayton.
