Roberto Donoso is an Ecuadorian-born writer and producer based in Miami.
He graduated from Wilmington University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. While at school, he fueled his covert love for the arts with electives like Literature, Philosophy, Aesthetics of Film, and Photography. After a 10-year career managing people and processes at a leading Fortune 500 company, Roberto switched paths to pursue his passion for storytelling.
He co-wrote and produced the award-winning film The Woman Under the Tree, a short drama completed in early 2020. The film has been an official selection of multiple festivals in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and South America. Roberto is also working on the manuscript of a historical novel.
A self-described explorer and animal lover. When he isn't glued to a computer screen or enjoying a good Netflix binge, Roberto can be found at local bookstores buying more books than he could ever read.
