Ava Hase is an actor based in Los Angeles CA and Brooklyn NY. She has her BFA in Acting from California Institute of the Arts. She's a student at The Groundlings and The Idiot Workshop. As a writer/director, Ava's work often takes on a dark-comedic and whimsical tone, centering oddball/misfit characters in all of their vulnerability. Her shorts "Kitty Kitty", "Cowards", and her web series "A Person Named Universal Love", have gained attention in the online-indie-film world, featured on Mubi, NoBudge, Directors Notes, and The IFC Center in New York.
