Jasmine Kaar

Jasmine Kaar is a Malaysian model and actress, born in Sarawak, Malaysia. She made her big movie debut opposite Kollywood superstar Vikram in "Kadaram Kondan" (2019) which is produced by veteran star Kamal Haasan. She has also appeared in WB's "Crazy Rich Asians" (2018) in a minor role.
At a young age, Jasmine displayed interest in a myriad of activities like track running, swimming, and represented the East Malaysian state of Sabah for Karate. With a keen sense for the arts, she also played the piano since the tender age of 7.
After High School, Jasmine moved to Sydney, Australia to further her education and spent 10 years there whilst doing modelling jobs on the side. With her growing interest in performing arts, Jasmine started taking up roles for television commercials and dramas, and that eventually landed her a role in the Warner Bros. film, "Crazy Rich Asians". Following that, she also made her screen presence felt in movies like "Our Girl" and "Tarak".
Overall, Jasmine finds that acting is her true passion and having made it in Southeast Asia and now in Kollywood/Bollywood, her next aim is to take on Hollywood by storm, as she believes the characters she takes on in her career helps her to better understand herself and the ever-changing modern world.
