For an August 2020 Twitch stream, the infamous streamers the Go Off Kings did a Watch Party for The Big Fat Stone. Upon the discovery of this stream, one of Frank D'Angelo's friends tweeted at the Go Off Kings claiming they had overdrawn bank accounts. This tweet was followed up by director and writer Frank D'Angelo saying "Why? waste your time on these inconsequential bags of shit!"

Liked it, but could feel this is a low budget movie

Finally got to watch it. I have watched it yesterday on Bell TV and pretty liked it, having said that I can understand some of the negative results it got. The movie is well shot, visually enticing with good acting. I love those guys - Robert Loggia, Steven Ray Abruzzo, Nick Mancuso, Tony Nardi and all the others Frank D'Angelo was also particularly good in his role. Yet, you could feel that this movie is a low budget movie. It seems like they made so many small mistakes such as continuity issues and others. For those of you who are looking for "nothing but a pure entertainment" this one is definitely the one as it has all you need for a nice evening with your date/spouse. You will enjoy the plot and not even for a moment you will be bored, but for those of you who are looking for perfection, well I don't think this one is for you.
