In the scene where actor Steve Digennaro runs out of his Psychiatrist(Dr. Arnold's) office, it is scripted that he trips and falls while running down the office hallway. While filming the third take, Steve landed on his fist to break his fall which in fact cracked his rib. And so the dedicated actor had to film all the beach "running" scenes with a fractured rib.Ouch.
