It's not easy being a ghost. It's lonely when there are no other ghosts around. This ghost just needs a friend, and finally he gets one.
The story is told through images, not words. Without dialog to tell you the story, the images make you feel the story. Writer-director Benjamin Lancaster knows how to show you a story, and Sean Heline can visually emote like an actor from the heyday of silent films. And the scene-stealer is the special little friend the audience adores.
I love the the endless series of homeowners all putting out different For Sale signs. It gives a sense of time span to a very short film. It's impressive when a film with so little time can say so much.
