I usually try to give positive reviews, but it is not my favorite series. I was excited to watch it when I read the description and started it, and from the beginning it bothered me that there was so much physical abuse to the point of suicide portrayed between coach and athletes. I have no idea if there is any shred of truth in this script or not - I hope not as that would disappoint me to know that. Being from the US I have only heard of one famous incidence of this but it was between athlete vs. Athlete, not coach vs. Athlete. I know it is supposed to be an inspirational series, however I didn't get too much real inspiration out of it until the 9th episode. Thank goodness for the 9th episode because so far that was the best episode where positivity takes over and gives me hope for some kind of a turnaround for the athletes. The lead actor could have been cast better as he was a little too dorky for me IMO in both appearance and behaviors since there are suggestions of a possible crush one way or the other and might have been a better choice to choose someone a little more athletic looking/cooler attitude himself. The series continues to have more and more violence, more stories about rape, ending not to my liking and didn't the psychological coach psychologically abuse his own student FML by PDA in front of her with someone else w/o talking to her first? Men are all the same.
