A nice twist on a familiar story

If you're looking for a modern day twist on a familiar story about growing up and learning to accept and be honest about who you are - along with being non-judgmental and accepting of others - this movie will hit the spot! The moviegoer is brought on a journey of adolescent self-discovery and risk taking, with the usual ups and downs that come with those activities. Death to Prom is a wonderful trip back in time, to when we were all wide open to new experiences and forming the foundations of how we will live our lives as adults. There are some great shots of Minneapolis - WHOO HOO! - and a wonderful supporting cast to the main three actors. If you're not usually a dreamer, this movie will give you a little insight into how they think and maybe even start you dreaming as well... Well done!
