Amazing news work

I found the trailer to be intriguing - the news anchor gave an amazing performance. Unfortunately the news anchor didn't appear in the actual film which was a complete let down. I think that guy has a great career ahead of him. The rest of the movie was so-so. Very realistic barf tho. If anyone knows what happened to the uncredited news anchor please let me know as I would be very interested to follow his career.
