Somewhere there is one of those laboratories that does not exist and is messing around with peoples DNA. They call it Valkyrie. Throughout the movie there is a discussion of the meaning of this name.
One day a subject and her brother make a brake for it. It was not without a few casualties. So, it is time to re acquire the subjects. This is where the movie really begins as we are introduced to the team that is sent to retrieve the girl or whatever known as Sirona.
We get to go along for the ride and we see the trials ad tribulations of the hunt. We are confronted with morality and amorality. There are lots of guns and shooting. Usually, four to one. We learn about a protein called bacon.
The acting is O. K. for this sort of a cross between Sci-fi and sort of a Hallmark presentation. Nothing too spectacular but a cliff hanger ending. So, if you do not see a sequel or series by the time, you read this you might think twice about watching it.
I think I will watch again now that I know what clues to look for.
At the time of this review the sequel has been written and is currently being reviewed. I was thinking mor in the line of a series.
