Zettai kareshi

This is titled "My Absolute Boyfriend" on Viki. An older drama from 2008, but still fun to watch, I actually liked main male cast MIZUSHIMA HIRO the best who played the executive - chef who was the robot's rival. The robot itself was a fun character to watch and the actor playing him did a good job which must be hard to bring a robot to life and be lovable but still have robot characteristics at the same time. I liked the development of the romance with the rival and you know from the beginning who the FL is going to have to choose - after all, is she really going to have sex with the robot as it keeps suggesting? Let's face it - so the question is how is the robot going to be killed off in the end - that's the question, and of course you love him and don't want to see anything happen to him. So depending on how your emotions are it could be a tear jerker for some people to watch. I did like the ending to the romance story.
