This is one of the hidden gem of Czech cinematography, to my suprise hidden also to many Czechs. It is brilliant romantic comedy based on a novel of Miroslav Skála, a popular author in 70s' and 80s' who is however not very known these days. And so it is with this (road) movie despite the fact that two main characters of two lovers on honeymoon or rather pre-honeymoon are played by hugely popular czech actors Libuse Safránková and Josef Abrhám who were married also in their civic life. It is a pure feel-good movie, full of witt and gags originated mainly from a different way of thinking of both main characters. Will they pass the test of voyage and stay with one another, or will they split?
There is one thing for sure: it will set smile on your face from the first minute that won't dissapear until the very end. Absolutely recommended.
