A problem with Romance films, particularly in porn, is that no matter what happens a predictable happy ending for the main protagonists hooking up in the final reel seems inevitable.
"Tell Me What to Do" takes a most satifying different tack. It is set in a bar where all the waitresses wear sexy lingerie instead of appropriate clothing, and Mike Horner is immediately taken with bruntte barmaid Alice Springs. She rejects him as being a wimp since he doesn't make a play for her, and the rest of the movie has her co-worker Valhalla serving as a platonic adviser, telling Mike how to win Alice's heart.
It's a simple story, threaded with quality sex scenes including Mike bedding the fabulous Raven Richards, a customer who proves far easier to pick up than Alice. Jay Huntington pops up early in his career (in fact I had to fix his listing in the database), making love to a Euro blonde named Courtney.
Finale fooled me, and was nicely handled and set up.
