Sweet, odd little love story

One of my favourite Sutherland movies - he and Vannessa Vaughan work fantastically together, and for all their quirks and oddities, the plot and the characters are quite unlike those of the boring romance films around today.

It's slightly old-fashioned in its sweetness and sentimentality, and Sutherland's character certainly isn't your average romantic lead. A very odd character, but an overwhelmingly sweet one - I fell in love him over the course of the movie!

I strongly recommend this film, particularly if you're a fan of Kiefer Sutherland in his younger days - I was utterly captivated, and couldn't get the soundtrack music out of my head for days.
