Tammy is a very sweet girl armadillo who loves to play dress up and likes to be an astronaut. This live morning programming block encourages children to send in concepts such as birthday cards with Nick Jr. characters and their act of kindness (Good Egg Project). It also teaches kids about the weather and social skills through song and dance. Tammy is taken care by ten friendly hosts, usually one each week (I was one of them). The hosts show kids that if they are not happy, they are bad. This is one of the Nick Jr. shows which caters to babies to older toddlers. The block is taped live and is filmed in Richmond, Virginia (my hometown). This block is a must-see for the whole family, with bright, fun colors, songs, and stories this show cares for children 1 to 8.
That's all I have to say. For I'm off to Louisiana for to see my Susie Anna.
- Maddie, a former host of the block from 2010 to 2012.
