But, they run into loads of drama a long the way, including random thugs who want nothing more than to keep them from playing Baseball, fist fights, and personal drama that almost disallow them to even keep the Baseball Club/Team, let alone compete in the tournament. Eventually the Kids learn that the saying "All For One, and One For All" is the only way they will overcome all obstacles in the way.

This time, the DOA girls can now play even more sports activities alongside Beach Volleyball and Pool Hopping. They now have a Marine Race where the girls control watercrafts. Then, there are two new games in the pool which are Butt Battle and Tug-of-War. A Waterslide where the girls rides the 70 meters tall, large roller-coaster tube slides from top to bottom. And finally, Beach Flag where the girls lay down on the sand and then run to grab the flag. When its nighttime, the girls go back to the Hotels with 1 of 3 to choose from. Inside, the girls can go to the Casino and gamble with Blackjack, Poker, Roulette and Slot Machine. All of this will last for 2 weeks till then. Kokoro is the new addition to this installment of DOAX.

While leaving work, he suffers from a migraine that causes him to nearly pass out. Katsuhito then visits the hospital to receive some ultra-heavy news: the cause of his migraines is an inoperable brain tumor the size of a human fist that will likely take his life in the next couple of days. During Katsuhito's first night at the hospital he meets a spunky girl young named Harumi Shiraishi (Mayuko Fukuda), who steals his cigarettes. Harumi is also a terminally ill patient suffering from cancer. Later that evening, the two sneak down into the cafeteria area and drink lots of tequila together. While in a drunken haze, Katsuhito decides to take Harumi out of the hospital and to see the ocean for the first time in her life. When the pair walk out of the hospital they spot an expensive import car with its doors unlocked. What Katsuhito and Harumi are unaware of is that the car has millions of dollars in its trunk and its owners will resort to any means to retrieve their money.

The 3 brothers attempt to block the power of Orochi. Meanwhile, special forces Yamainu try to seal again the power of Orochi to bring peace to Japan, but the ninja group "Anyaku" from the Fuma clan begin their move to gain the power of Orochi to overthrow the government. Surrounding the Orochi's revival a three-way battle takes place between the brothers, special forces Yamainu and ninja group Anyaku from Fuma clan.
