Stars and Bars follows the story of Manny, a former motocross-er, who returns to his central Pennsylvania hometown with his 8-year-old daughter on the eve of the town matriarch Lil's 95th birthday celebration. He finds even more hardship and blight than he remembered, and reconnecting with an old flame, Bud, brings unexpected scrutiny.
