Director Goran Markovic shows the people from various places in Serbia who were major figures behind organized protests against Slobodan Milosevic's dictatorship during 1990s. "Unimportant Heroes" is about people whose achievements are not visible, nor society acknowledges them.

Without any news from his family and his friends who stayed in Poland, Frederic lives in a nightmare.
