An underworld drama set in the early 1980s, about a lonely factory worker whose life is transformed when he becomes a nightclub doorman.

A teenage boy is gunned down outside a nightclub and a young girl dies in a hit and run in two seemingly unrelated deaths. Deeva Jani, returns home to clear her brother Vipon of the shooting and soon discovers a much deeper conspiracy.

Mark takes us on a surreal tour of the pub where he and his band live via a car breakdown spoof, his ex-girlfriends, the resident poet and a bizarre choregraphed, fantasy dance sequence.

A taxi appears and Alistair assumes that his disaster of an evening is over; only to discover it is just beginning.
