When Glasgow City Parks' Department employee Shugie (Hugh) McCracken gets caught red-handed stealing £6.99 to buy booze and ciggies, he blames mice for the crime, claiming that they "ate the tickets". Scared of taking on the Union (who rise to the defence of McCracken) management backs down and to Shug's astonishment he finds himself reinstated.

To find out, he walks into a Dallas café and starts downing cup after cup of java. Two guys in a booth bet on whether he'll get to 60; a lad looks on spellbound while his mom mutters about someone stopping him. At first the waitress is indifferent, then she gets worried and gets her boss. A cop comes in on his break: is Rickie committing a crime? The number of cups he consumes creeps toward 60. Then, it's one cup to go ...

An unending story set in a small diner in Dallas, Texas. 6 scenarios represent the categories that make up the Cancer fighting fund raiser film festival in Dallas called The Deep Ellum Film Festival. Originally shot to as a short but eventually it's broken up in to small vignettes that still run in the current festival events. A very twin peaks like vibe but with a twist that is really a twist.
