A downbeat story of life inside a women's prison. There is more crime inside than out. When the inmates see that a woman is soon to be admitted for killing a young boy, they begin to plan her murder.

Aymé relies on Jamel's coaching to win over an intern who isn't his typical type. Béatrice recruits Sabri to teach the stretcher bearing ropes to the son of Prof. Strauss' friend. With her own flat flooded, Clara stays over at Béatrice's.

Clara and Aymé feel differently about Clara's mother visiting. Sabri's desire to impress a new conquest leads him to jeopardize his health. Béatrice talks Jamel into militating for improved employee conditions.

Sabri takes his role of helping convalescing actress Micheline Presle rehearse a part a little too seriously. The son of an ex-patient brings Jamel and Aymé a seemingly worthless gift. Clara is offered a job at another establishment.

When Prof. Strauss' brother drops by unexpected, the staff soon notices something strange about their relationship. Sabri challenges Jamel not to utter a single lie for a whole day. The staff tries to cheer up a broken up with Clara.

Jamel and Aymé become attached to the bunny Béatrice bought to be the meal at the upcoming service dinner. As Pierre Palmade writhes in pain from a smashed knee, Sabri plans a successful double act with the comedian.

After eating poisoned food, Clara and Prof. Strauss find themselves in front of Saint Peter. Jamel and Sabri scramble to hide the two bodies, but when tragedy strikes Aymé also, they have to come up with a new and better concealment plan.

With his sister interning at the hospital, Jamel makes Aymé promise he will stay away from her. A conversation with Béatrice turns Sabri into a firm believer in reincarnation. Prof. Strauss solicits Clara's help to win back his ex-wife.

The staff coaches Béatrice on how to be more "feminine". Clara believes a judoka patient to be a victim of domestic abuse, but the psychologist appointed to check on the woman soon makes a case of the chief nurse instead.

As Sabri's birthday approaches, Professor Strauss is distraught by the loss of the album containing his stamp collection. Sabri and Jamel endeavor to retrieve the stamps as Aymé tries to find somebody to spend the night with.
