In a remote Iranian village, a boat arrives with a wounded man, Ayat, who has amnesia. Widow Ra'na is interested in him, causing family tensions. Villagers ask Ayat to marry, but he chooses Ra'na, leading to trouble.

Dash Akol is greatly respected in Shiraz as an honorable man who has lost his family's money through helping his friends. He has an enemy, however, named Kaka Rostam, a mean and spiteful person. Dash Akol, who is in his forties, falls in love with Marjan, daughter of the late Haji Samad, for whose estate he is the executor. But he keeps his love secret. One day a suitor asks for Marjan's hand, and Dash Akol considers it against his code of honor to refuse. On the night of the wedding, Dash Akol hands over responsibility for the family to the bridegroom. As he is leaving the house, however, Kaka Rostam is waiting for him and a fight ensues. Kaka Rostam stabs him in the back, but Dash Akol succeeds in killing him. On his deathbed, Dash Akol sends his parrot to Marjan with the confession of love he has taught it.

An old man who works for a landlord brings a young worker to paint the house for him. The old landlord is alcoholic and has a young wife and together they manage a ranch. Little by little the wife begins to love the young worker which lead to the landlord's jealousy and terrible consequences.

Ahmad's father passes away and leaves a monkey for Ahmad. One of the neighbors finds a will in the monkey's vest. They find a treasure map instead of a will. A group of people start looking for the treasure, but instead, they find a rope and a note that says: "Ahmad, my son. This rope will cease your problems. It will save you." Everyone leaves and Ahmad who is frustrated tries to hang himself, but the roof comes down and the treasure is revealed.

After the death of her husband, Belgheis lives with her son Ali, who is an open rooster. Machedi have been in love with Belgheis for years, and are preparing to marry her. Ali opposes his mother joining with Machedi.

Kadkhoda and Mash Bagher decide to marry Leila to Einollah but Samad intervenes. He takes Leila and together they escape to the city. There they meet a couple Sami and Leili who look just like them and switch places. Now Samad and Leila are in the city dressed like them and the other couple return to their village to lice there. This cause some more funny adventures for both couples.

Hojjat is a cop but his brother Mansour is a thief. Mansour is imprisoned but after his released promises not to do illegal again. He meets a woman Mahboobeh and wants to marry her. His brother disagrees with this marriage. Mansour once again begins doing illegals smuggling goods. Khalaf and his gang try to get him imprisoned again but Mahboobeh comes to the rescue and finally Khalaf and his gang are imprisoned.

Zabih and Reza decide to leave the crime forever. But Reza who is in love with Aghdas is imprisoned for a fight over his friend Zabih. Aghdas herself comes to Tehran from Mashad to find Reza but can not find him so goes to a public house. There Zabih sees her and falls for her unaware that this the girl who his friend Reza is in love with.

Nayer (Iren) after killing a woman takes over Shaban's lands and accused him of the killing causing him to be imprisoned. A young guy known as red hair is protecting her. But Shaban is back and this time in a quarrel gets killed by Nayer's men. Meanwhile a young girl Ahoo is coming in middle which cause red hair to fall in love with her. This changes everything and leads red hair to face Nayer and her men.

A famous singer named Eskandar who killed his cousin out of love and served 15 years in prison is released. He finds out that his nephew Sasan has impregnated his late cousin's daughter Negar and is reluctant to marry her. At first Eskandar tries to convince Sasan but when he flees the city, Eskandar marries Negar to save her honor. They decide to stay married until Sasan comes back.
