- A dating advice influencer with millions of views explores the contradiction of her own cluelessness in love and the challenges of internet fame.

The casting process is long, but Brit finally finds the perfect candidate in Catherine to send overseas, and to self-document the trip. Along the way in this movie-within-a movie we see complex interactions between the director and the actor, as well as moments with her mother, Fausta, who anxiously waits and watches her embark on a journey of self-discovery. Catherine eventually finds and meets Brit's long lost father but it is a disappointing interaction and she is not allowed to film him. Brit is left to pick up the pieces and find her own form of closure.
