Wegwijspiet has started a restaurant in Spain. Chefpiet is the cook while Rosita and Pietje van Alles serve as waiter.

Chefpiet hikes his way to the Netherlands through France and Belgium from Spain. He tries to hitchhike but does not succeed until the end of France.

To prepare the fest of Saint Nicolas and Black Pete for the year 2000, Wegwijspiet prepares a contingency plan.

Because the garbage truck had to go it's own way, Chefpiet hitchhikes his way further. To build his 2000 plan, Wegwijspiet invites Muziekpiet.

Wegwijspiet goes into the studio to record his song. When the recording is finished Chefpiet calls in.

Now Chefpiet is in the Netherlands he can join the recording. Together with Wegwijspiet he records two duets.

In the lounge room Chefpiet and Wegwijspiet meet Tante Soesa and Sassefras, also two famous Dutch television stars. They decide to join our duo in the recording.

Wegwijspiet tries to involve Chefpiet into the choice of wrapping paper, but Chefpiet is quite distracted. It turns out Chefpiet is in love.

Wegwijspiet leaves for a meeting with Hoofdpiet. Chefpiet, Rosita and Pietje van Alles are left to keep the restaurant going.

Chefpiet is angered by the fact that he is only allowed to make Paella meals for the restaurant.

The grandma of Chefpiet is sick which means he has to take care of her. Wegwijspiet is left to do the cooking at Pedro's.

Because Wegwijspiet is missing Chefpiet goes out to search for him.

After being found yesterday, Wegwijspiet is missing again today. A distressed Chefpiet goes to find him again.

Because Chefpiet is not sure he is able to train the Black Petes, Wegwijspiet creates a white lie to convince him.

To make himself get used to the cold weather in the Netherlands for the planned visit, Wegwijspiet goes to sit in the freezer. Chefpiet is scared to death when he finds him.

While Chefpiet is disappointed by the low amount of visitors in the restaurant, Rosita makes a surprise visit.

To help Chefpiet in dating Tante Soesa, Wegwijspiet gives advice.

Wegwijspiet goes to Radio 538 to promote the song "Schoenen".

Chefpiet and Tante Soesa go on a date in a restaurant. The date is almost ruined when Sassefras and Wegwijspiet drop by.

On the television channel TMF Chefpiet and Wegwijspiet plug the song "De Club van Sinterklaas". Host Daphne compliments the two on a great song.

The Black Petes hold a meeting to discuss the preparation for the Evening of the Presents. Wegwijspiet and Chefpiet are not present.

Chefpiet and Wegwijspiet join the gathering. Hoofdpiet is afraid the Black Petes will not be welcome anymore.

When the duo is informed about the problems, they try to pitch a solution.

With support of Tante Soesa and Sassefras the Black Petes go into action.

While Sinterklaas, Hoofdpiet and Stafpiet are in suspense in the throne room the heroes enter the room with the maps. The Evening of the Presents is saved.
