- India is like a film where the society is in a continuous transition, and the societal roles and responsibilities are evolving amongst women at a transcendental rate. While traditional role-playing is still seen in majority of the households, there are a lot of interesting profiles evolving amongst the modern Indian women. Since 1947, there has been a radical departure from the monochromatic traditional portrayal of the Indian woman. Independent woman of independent India. Stereotypes are passé. The present day Indian woman doesn't succumb to societal pressure; her voice, her choice. "Become who you are," is the new mantra. Ask her and she will say, "I am who I am." As Rene Descartes had once rightly said "I think, therefore I am" sums up the short film appropriately.
