- A celebrated film director (played by Lior Ashkenazi) recounts his unconventional efforts to complete a film abandoned in the wake of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. Meanwhile, fragments of that abandoned film imagine avant-garde composer Alexander Mosolov's purging in 1930s Stalinist USSR and efforts to smuggle his music (reported lost in a stolen suitcase) into the West. Inspired by filmmaker Matthew Mishory's own doomed efforts to make a film in Moscow about the titular composer, Mosolov's Suitcase is a black comedy about the imaginative possibilities of cinema and the human quest for freedom.
- The exiled Austro-German musician and composer Artur Schnabel was a giant of his time, but in Germany today he is nearly forgotten. Pianist and Schnabel devotee Markus Pawlik (in collaboration with baritone Dietrich Henschel and the Szymanowski String Quartet) brings Artur Schnabel's greatest compositions back to Berlin with a filmed commemorative concert. Along the way, Pawlik visits the places, landscapes, and history that shaped Schnabel's life and music. "Artur Schnabel: No Place of Exile" rediscovers an essential artist displaced by the catastrophe of the two World Wars and the Holocaust and inspired by the possibilities of modernism.

- Life is no joke is a dark comedy short film about a court jester who is about to give his most important performance in front of his majesty. In this kingdom a bad performance is paid with the comedian's life... and things don't look great for Erwin when right before facing what could be his final performance, an existential crisis occurs: he doesn't find anything funny anymore. Erwin will have to make a decision whether he wants to die trying to be funny or drink the poison he brought with him (just in case).
