When the Biblical Armageddon occurs, Cain Tibbons is sent to heaven, and his brother to hell; he must rescue his brother.

Stanley Tibbons wants to die. To be more precise, he sees no more point in living. However, Stanley, for all his intent, cannot bring himself to carry out the task. Out of desperation, he hires a man, Darcy Gray, to carry out the task for him. As is usual, though, he finds that he doesn't quite get what he's paid for in this dark comedy.

A young man is breaking down in the grip of depression and anxiety. He stops answering his girlfriend's calls. He starts taking pills. Nothing works. As things get worse and worse, he turns to his father for help and advice, but it may already be too late... The film is accomplished entirely through close ups; no human faces are seen in order to mirror the main character's sense of isolation, and to emphasize the lack of empathy offered by medical bureaucracies.
