To have a chance at securing a spot in ‘Oranje’ for the Unity EURO Cup 2025 in Zeist, you must go through two selection rounds: the local qualifiers and the selection training.

1) Local Qualifiers

The local qualifiers took place at:

• OJC Rosmalen: June 6, 17:00 – 22:00 uur
• AVV Zeeburgia, Amsterdam: June 20, 10:00 – 15:00 uur*
• WVV Wageningen: June 14 10:30 – 15:30 uur

2) The Selection Training

Round two consists of the selection training which will take place on July 13. The finalists from the local qualifiers proceed to the selection training. These players have a chance to be part of the Unity EURO Cup 2025 team! During the selection training, individual players will be selected.

The team that will represent Orange consists of status holders and Dutch nationals and both men and women.

3) The Unity EURO Cup 2025 at the KNVB Campus

Participants who are selected embark on an amazing adventure. Players wear the coveted Orange jersey, get the chance to train under coach and former professional footballer René van Rijswijk and play a unique European Championship at the KNVB Campus in Zeist in October!

Our Team

The final selection consists of eleven players:

• 3 women and 8 men;
• of which 4 are Dutch citizens and 7 are refugees with a residence permit (‘statushouders’).
