Okunoyu has one of the best outdoor onsens in Kurokawa, views from the riverside bath are just stunning. Food was great as expected. Even the "mountain view" room has a great view outside. The room itself is comfy, might get a bit cold at night though.

Nice quiet corner beside a river with running water sounds, beside a rice Paddy field facing mountain views. Breakfast is great, Japanese style with many small dishes serving. Imagine after a morning spring bath your breakfast is ready to serve you that feeling is so great.

Yufuin Onsen Tsukanoma está muy bien situado en el barrio de Yufuin Onsen, Yufu, a 1,8 km de Lago Kinrinko, a 28 km de Estación de tren de Beppu y a 40 km de Estación Oita. I recently stayed at this onsen resort in Yufuin and it was hands down the best onsen experience I've ever had! The rooms were incredibly spacious, equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a microwave and all cooking essentials. The private outdoor onsen was simply spectacular, offering a serene and private escape. It felt like having our own private villa in the heart of nature. Yufuin itself is a charming town, adding to the overall magic of the stay. What's even more surprising is the affordability of this luxurious retreat. Having stayed in much pricier onsen resorts before, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. I can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise in Japan. Highly recommended!

El Karatsu Seaside Hotel se encuentra en Higashi Karatsu. El hotel alberga un restaurante. Algunas habitaciones tienen zona de estar. Location on the fringe of Karatsu is ideal, with easy parking. Our room in East Wing faced the beach and had a superb view on the bay. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, large enough for a little swim, with views right on the seaside and the celebrated local pine grove. You can easily go from beach to swimming pool. We were well received and kindly upgraded to a huge, luxurious room; every comfort you can think of was there. The circulation from bedroom to onsen to swimming pool can be complex, but we were given an English language map that greatly helped. This was our second stay in Karatsu, and we'd love to come back and stay in Karatsu Seaside Hotel another time !

Wakariki Ryokan está en Yanagawa, a 20 km de Parque histórico de Yoshinogari, y dispone de alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. We liked everything about our 4 night stay here. Our traditional room was very comfortable and cosy. The traditional breakfast was delicious and our host was so friendly and welcoming.
