Reina was exceptional, she welcomed us to the hotel and made the most delicious dinner for us, she then woke up extra early to prepare breakfast for us before we hiked the volcano. She makes this place as incredible as it is, thank you Reina !

Pool was nice, staff was very helpful, food is pretty good too. Nice 10-15 minute walk from the ferry and only 5-10mins from several restaurants nearby. Great place to be for exploring Ometepe.

Restorani ja erarannaga hotell San Juan Ometepe asub Altagracias, vaid 2,3 km kaugusel peateest. The hotel is located on beachfront property that was clean and private. To get to the hotel, you drive about 2 km through their plantain farm, which was beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and had a fan and AC. 10/10 would recommend! This was a great value for the price.

Everything! The room was bright, beautiful, we had a lot of space, air conditioning worked, the bed is so comfy. On top Naldon is always there when you need something. He is happy to help you with any problem. The rest of the staff are also so welcoming. We would come back any time. The Xalli enriched our stay on Ometepe so much. Thank you for that! :)

Los Cocos provides fairly basic accommodations but what sets them apart is the quality of the staff. Marlon, his family and his staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating every step of the way. The food is typical Nicaraguan fare cooked beautifully with generous portions. We were always met with smiles. As we are practiced our Spanish, the Los Cocos team were patient and worked with us to ensure that expectations were well communicated. They spent time with us and got to know our children. The space is incredibly safe and the location is excellent, being directly across from playa Santa Cruz and the Saturday market. If you need a taxi, Marlon is more than willing to drive you wherever you need to go in a comfortable pick up truck. He can help you arrange horse tours, vehicle rental, kayak tour, hiking tour and whatever else you can imagine on the island. We have returned to Los Cocos twice, and we couldn't imagine staying at any other hotel on Isla de Ometepe!

The atmosphere is magic similarly to the rest of the island. The owners, workers and helpers are all extremely kind. Breakfast is freshly prepared and is outstanding. You can relax, dance, read, listen to music or just chill out. I warmly recommend it

The property has a beautifil lakeside setting with a lovely private beach, gorgeous sunset views, views of one of the volcanoes, very friendly and helpful staff and delicious food. They provide free kayaks too.

The property is beautiful, lush and well manicured. The bungalows are very cute and private, and there is ample space to sit and enjoy the scenery of the property. The lake is warm and clean and great for swimming, and the pool is a nice alternative. The restaurant on site is excellent.

The staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast was good and the room was clean and spacious. I loved their big hammock outside :)
