Everything, especially the breakfast, which is southeastern Asian cuisine, very delicious with great variety! The staff are well trained and friendly, especially the one in the restaurant! The amenities in the room are impressive, especially loaded with free snacks and drinks and automatic drip coffee machine!

The check in was fast and the front desk very friendly. She took time to explain the surroundings of the hotel. The room is small but you get a perfect lay out and all the amenities are in place. Good quality bed linen and towels.

The hotel is brand new, artistic decors, quality bedding, and furnishings. The manager, Mr. Bruce Tsai has been excellent, courteous and provides professional service for customers. The hotel is close to ChiMei Museum, which is the must visit when in Tainan. Will definitely visit again in the future.

InterContinental Kaohsiung, an IHG Hotel in Kaohsiung provides accommodation with a restaurant, a fitness centre and a bar. Great location! Superb service! Facilities is the best among all the hotels i stayed in Taiwan! The combination of bath and city view is unwatchable. There is also complimentary beer. It deserves the reputation as the best in Kaohsiung for sure!

Exceptionally clean. Great service from the front desk to the executive lounge to the pool to the breakfast place. I would like to call out the exceptional patience and friendly gentlemen at the executive lounge. He goes out of his way to make sure that his guests enjoy their time spent at the lounge. His patience with those with young family members is also commendable! Thank you and will definitely be staying at this hotel when I return to Taipei.

Everything. The hotel is new and clean. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the MRT. The room was big and relaxing.

I LOVED Everything! From the moment I walked in it smelled good and was so clean and the staff was so friendly everytime we walked by😊 The room was probably my favorite hotel room I've ever stayed in. Was very big and well done with beautiful colors. I also enjoyed the gym on the 16th floor. It was never busy and had just what we needed. I'm definitely going to stay here again if I get the chance. Too bad I live 11hours away by plane😭
