I got. Asked for Skype contact and someone contacted me - told me they do not accept new affiliates until the market environment changes. I asked what environment they mean but got no reply.

Got an email from them today stating that they will close my account because I have not sent them a new player in the last month.

So they are definitely turning rogue, which is a shame since Vera & John was a steady earner for me for several years.

In my case the problem is solved.
After emailing them, their answer was :
"The mailer which was sent was to inform affiliates we would like to continue our current relationship by acknowledging with a reply."
