The Affiliate Management team has been notified of the new post.
These two sentences in your last post BLATANTLY contradict each other.I don't believe that is my job to know if the online casinos are treating THEIR players fair or not. A Casino player it is responsible to do the homework and then decide to gamble or not to the specific casino brand.
Clearing the matter up NOT under circumstances we cover or accept or we approve Casino Brands cheating or stealing Casino players and YES we care about our casino players.
These two sentences in your last post BLATANTLY contradict each other.
That is why you are getting so much "stick" here.
It IS your job to know how the casinos treat their players.
It's like if you had a market stall selling pies you bought in from a wholesaler, and then turning around and saying "I take no responsibility for the contents of these pies - they could be Dog, Rat, or Cat - who cares as long as people buy them to put money in my pocket?"
KK
The guy is looking for help getting the money he has earned, whats with the beat down?
Ari, would you put a message on your home page that unfortunately once the player leaves your site they are on their own? Clearly state that you take no responsibility if a casino screws them over.
No? Thought not.
Ebay: crap example. They do retain some duty of are through dispute resolution, feedback and they can ban a seller. They have helped me on more than one occasion.
You are advocating zero duty of care. That fact that we do not know the player has nothing to do with duty of care.
The "beat down" is thoroughly deserved because if he shown the slightest bit of care he would have read up on the casinos he is pushing on players. He has already said he is not interested in gambling and has no clue about it. So a bit of basic research might be in order, don't you think? Then he would have known about the players who win and wait 6+ months to get their money, paid in small instalments. And all the while the casino is contacting them trying to get them to reverse and redeposit. He would have know about the time the owners flat out refused to pay a South African woman when she won a progressive jackpot of over a million rand.
If it was me I would be embarrassed to be kicking up a fuss about a payment that is a few weeks late compared to the players I referred who withdrew months ago and still haven't been paid. Every one of those players should be paid first before the affiliate. But obviously if the casino did that they would quickly run out of naive and/or dodgy affiliates.
And instead of showing a bit of humility this clown demonstrates that his attitude completely stinks. He is happy to push any casino on players so long as they pay him and could not care less how they treat the very players he refers to them. Unfortunately this industry has way too many people like Ari and it is one of the reasons why crooked casinos, dodgy affiliates, and criminal hackers are able to flourish. It is clowns and grifters like this that give the rest of us that try to do the right thing and give players some sound advice a bad name by association.
As I said before Ari, now you know how this crooked program that you are working with treats the same players that you happily refer to them for a bit of coin without a care in the world. The more you spin your ridiculous excuses the more I am happy that these guys are making you wait for your money. So keep it up, cry me a river. Karma is a bitch, isn't it?
