Just checked my stats at Buffalo and no players have played since the 11'th Feb 2016. For me this is strange because I have slot players who play every single day and have been doing since they opened their accounts.

You might want to suss your stats out too.

I've contacted my AM in regards to this issue.

As them for you stats directly from Microgaming. apparently they no longer feel affiliates should have these to compare against.

I am still seeing activity on my Buffalo accounts this month (knock on wood).

However, at the end of January, my earnings on one account fell by by 99% (yes - I was left with just 1% of what I was previously expecting). My AM thinks the drop was because of a winning player, but since I also saw a $2,500 drop at FA around the same time (and while the stats were hidden and possibly being tampered with at FA and Brightshare), I'm not sure I believe his theory.

I smell something strange, and it isn't the Valentine's Day roses on my dining room table.

Everyone needs to ask for the Microgaming data exports. I know they don't want to give them and will do everything in their power NOT to, but keep at them! They used to provide these. I had some (at least from BS). Others have some from FA. If your stats 'do not compute', ASK them for the export! We all need to do this.

I know I have at least one affiliate link not working and have asked my AM about this many times. She did say that she thought they fixed however still same not working. (no click, downloads, signups) even though I am tracking clicks to the casino.
It use to work and stopped a couple months ago.

Today I have 1 locked account that managed to have the amount deposited changed higher (just $100) and went from -4K EURO to +1K EURO in just 2 hours.
The number of deposits however remained the same.
How can this happen if the account has been locked, stats were not up to date at that time?
EDITED TO ADD : players last played :17/2 so stats were updated.
IMO they changed the numbers why I do not know.

Quick update -- my AM sent me a spreadsheet with a daily breakdown and I wasn't able to find any discrepancies. The spreadsheet values match the numbers shown in the Buffalo system.

I assumed it was from MGS, since that was what I asked for. It's a daily breakdown with these columns: player reference (ID), day marker, deposits, income, bonuses, and net revenue.

I'm not going to press this particular issue any further, mainly because I have no physical proof that shows the higher figure. From now on, though, I will be taking screenshots of every program throughout the month so that if/when this happens again, I'll have a stronger case.
