The increasing use of technologies based on Internet of Things in cars and other transportation vehicles, as well as innovations in tracking systems and spatial information systems, have created the opportunity to collect tolls on urban roads in a more intelligent, more efficient, and a wider way. Considering the cultural and infrastructure variables in different cities, different approaches have been designed for this purpose, but so far, no work has been done in this area in Tehran. Therefore, in this research, a system of hardware and software based on the Internet of things was developed based on global positioning system (GPS)/ global system for mobile communication (GSM) for automated urban tolls in Tehran, which manages the location of a user's car and manages toll payments at any given moment. In addition, in this system, considering the cultural issues in the country, the infrastructure in the metropolis of Tehran, and important issues of the city, the trespass submission system is designed in accordance with the existing surveillance cameras and an infrared-based structure was used to reduce the burden of image processing in order to improve efficiency. The data obtained from this system will have more potential than only the urban toll management.

The development of systems capable of recognizing and categorising emotions is of interest to researchers in various scientific areas including artificial intelligence. The traditional notion that emotions and rationality are two separate realms has gradually been challenged. The work of neurologists has shown the strong relationship between emotional episodes and the way humans think and act. Furthermore, emotions not only regulate human decisions but could also contribute to a more satisfactory response to the environment, i.e., faster and more precise actions. In this paper an analysis of physiological signals employed in real-time emotion detection is presented in the context of Intelligent Inhabited Environments (IIE). Two studies were performed to investigate whether physical exertion has a significant effect on bodily signals stemming from emotional episodes with subjects having various degrees of affect intensity: 1) a statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Test, and 2) a cluster analysis using the Davies- Bouldin Index. Preliminary results demonstrated that the heart rate and skin resistance consistently showed similar changes regardless of the physical stimuli while blood volume pressure did not show a significant change. It was also found that neither physical stress nor affect intensity played a role in the separation of neutral and non-neutral emotional states.

This paper describes work that seeks to take the first steps towards demonstrating the application of Sci-Fi prototyping methodology to developing futuristic products. Science-Fiction Prototyping is based on an iterative interaction between science fiction and fact. We begin the paper by explaining the science-fiction prototyping process. We then identify a futuristic product to act as an exemplar of this process (free willed domestic robots) before describing virtual-reality systems and how they can provide a suitable visualisation environment for conceptualizing products. Next we identify a paper that provides a promising approach to emulating intelligent control and free-will, quantum computing. We then provide an introduction to quantum computing and argue the need for a special quantum development environment before presenting an architecture for the quantum development tools and the robot. Finally we present an evaluation methodology before summarising our work. We are in the process of implementing this system and we hope that by the time the workshop occurs, we will be able to report some initial results.

The proper system for evaluating the learning achievement of students is the key to realizing the purpose
of education. In recent years, several methods have been presented for applying the fuzzy set theory in
the educational grading systems. In this paper, we propose a method for the evaluation of students’
answerscripts using a fuzzy system. The proposed system applies fuzzification, fuzzy inference, and
defuzzification in considering the difficulty, the importance and the complexity of questions. The transparency,
objectivity, and easy implementation of the proposed fuzzy system provide a useful way to
automatically evaluate students’ achievement in a more reasonable and fairer manner.

Recent examples driving an increased need for cyber awareness include unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the airspace, development of the Automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B), and the risk of cyber intrusion. The incident of a civilian UAV disrupting a major airport, is one example of many incidents raising questions on the future of airspace security. While a civilian hobbyist might be ignorant of the impending harm, the situation could pose a threat to the air operations. Using this incident and others like it, ideas on the future trends in cyber awareness applied to avionics are considered. Three general ideas are incorporated: (1) mandates for new rules for airspace restrictions (e.g., geofence), (2) advanced display analytics to support the airport staff and pilots with visual displays, such as collision avoidance, and (3) electronics to support the mitigation of electronic cyber effects posed by the obtrusive aircraft. With a variety of opinions posed, the summary is intended to foster a discussion on research, industry, and commercial directions for the avionics community to consider with respect to cyber awareness.

In this paper, the researchers provide a background of human trafficking, review the use and implications of digital currency, and apply machine learning techniques to analyze publicly available trafficking datasets. The study also provides recommendations related to data collection, management, and analysis to aid the vital fight against individuals' exploitation. The researchers conducted an exploratory data analysis using Python, RapidMiner, and Microsoft Excel towards an iterative review and interpretation of the dataset from the Counter Trafficking Data Collaborative (CTDC). The researchers found that there are more female victims of human trafficking in most age groups than male victims. However, for the age group between 39-47, there was a higher male victim count. Additionally, researchers found that the top five countries affected by human trafficking were the Philippines, Ukraine, Republic of Moldova, USA, and Cambodia. However, it must be noted that there are limitations to the overall data because they are provided voluntarily by organizations, and therefore, there is no equitable distribution of actual results from all countries and players. After mapping the country of origin and country of exploitation, it was made clear that there is a movement of victims from the country of origin to the country of exploitation. Lastly, researchers found that a complex combination of different variables is needed to provide accurate predictions for law enforcement and anti-trafficking organizations to aid them in fighting human trafficking, including country

The aim of this paper is to help the blind people to identify and catch the public transport vehicles with the help of Light Fidelity technology. It is a Navigation aid. When the bus arrives at the bus stand, transmitter in the bus transmits the light signals and receiver in the stick, receives the light signals and a sound signal is generated through the speaker present in the stick. The sound message contains the bus number and the destination of the bus. In addition to this, if the person is absconded or lost, details of the location will be sent to his/her family members by pressing a button. This is made possible with the help of Global System for Mobile (GSM). Finally, presence of water can be detected along the blind person's path, with the help of water sensors.

"Networks are mathematically directed (in practical applications also undirected) graphs and a graph is a one-dimensional abstract complex, i.e., a topological space. Network theory focuses on various topological structures and properties, dynamic properties, and functionality-topology relationship, etc. There are some common mathematical foundations, theories and methodology for network analysis, in which graph theory, statistics, and operational research, etc., are the fundamental sciences of network analysis. Various emerging biological networks, at both micro- and macro- levels, will provide numerous sources for the development of general network theory and methodology and also facilitate the development of theory and methodology of biological networks.

Biological network analysis is a fast moving science. Many core scientific issues, for example, ecological structure, co-evolution, co-extinction and biodiversity conservation in ecology, and cancer development and metabolic regulation in health science, etc., are expected to be addressed by network approaches and network analysis. Network analysis is becoming the core methodology to treat complex biological systems. As the fast development of this area, more and more papers on biological networks are published.

At present explosive numbers of quality papers on biological networks are being published each year. The initiation of the journal, Network Biology, will provide a public and unified platform for the publication of these studies. From this integrated and unique journal, researchers, university teachers and students will thoroughly have an in-depth and complete insight on knowledge, methodology and recent advances of biological networks.

In the view of system dynamics, biological networks are always self-organized systems with emergent, autonomous and adaptive properties. Their dynamics can be represented by agent-based modeling, individual-based modeling and some other methodologies like neural network modeling. Therefore, agent-based modeling, individual-based modeling, self-organization of biological systems, and neural network modeling, etc., fall into the aims and scope of the journal, Network Biology.

The NETWORK BIOLOGY (ISSN 2220-8879) is an open access, peer-reviewed online journal that considers scientific articles in all different areas of network biology. It is the transactions of the International Society of Network Biology.It dedicates to the latest advances in network biology. The goal of this journal is to keep a record of the state-of-the-art research and promote the research work in these fast moving areas. The topics to be covered by Network Biology include, but are not limited to:

In this paper, we have described a solution for supporting independent living of the elderly by means of equipping their home with a simple sensor network to monitor their behaviour. Standard home automation sensors including movement sensors and door entry point sensors are used. By monitoring the sensor data, important information regarding any anomalous behaviour will be identified. Different ways of visualizing large sensor data sets and representing them in a format suitable for clustering the abnormalities are also investigated. In the latter part of this paper, recurrent neural networks are used to predict the future values of the activities for each sensor. The predicted values are used to inform the caregiver in case anomalous behaviour is predicted in the near future. Data collection, classification and prediction are investigated in real home environments with elderly occupants suffering from dementia.
