Fantastic Customer Service

Fantastic Customer Service. Prompt responses, great communication. By far the best customer services I've dealt with in a long time. Usually Customer Services are long winded, automated telephone systems and always chasing for a resolve, but Reward Gateway are of excellence. Keep up the great being the best in my opinion.

Absolute scam! Avoid!

Purchased product through their link as advised and after months and months of back and forth they now say that the product wasn't purchased through their link despite proof being sent to them! I could have got the same product cheaper not going through them and it was only the cashback that would have made it worthwhile. I would advise anyone to think twice before using them as you will almost certainly get the product cheaper elsewhere.

Do Not Use

Do Not Use

They sent our entire company an email saying we were closing down. They don't care that it caused confusion among employees and blamed us for the email being sent out. They took over our Fond account and we have had nothing but issues. The website is clunky and not at all user friendly.

Voucher Refund

I purchased a voucher to use on Ticketmaster. I wanted to book a show in Dublin and the voucher wouldn’t work as it was a .ie website. Westfield quickly arranged a full refund. Staff were polite and understanding.

Excellent service from Support Specialist

I contacted Support regarding a question I had regarding accessing vouchers that I had just purchased. The Support Specialist (Simona) that I spoke to was excellent! She understood my question, was patient, friendly, and answered the question perfectly.

UTTERLY USELESS *** DO NOT WASTE YOUR…

UTTERLY USELESS *** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ***

Bought an argos vouchers through Rewards gateway. The 19 digit code they sent to me with a 4 digit pin does not work. I've paid £157.44 for a voucher worth £164 which is not valid.

I now neither have my money or item. Called "customer service" who told me that December is a very busy month for them and someone will gey back to me in 3-4 working days.

The stress and time is not worth the saving. I am disgusted.

Have saved £430 so far

Don't often write these type of reviews but so far we have saved over £340 using Reward Gateways App ( also have another £90 cashback pending ), it's amazing how fast the discounts add up and we now use the app all the time.

5 hours of my life wasted to get a potential £9 discount-not worth the effort!

We spent 5 hours trying to sort out a problem with a misleading presentation about getting a refund to our account, which promised a (£9) discount using Blue Light and this Reward Gateway company. I have now concluded that the Blue Light and the Reward Gateway company are pretending they give discounts when they are trying to catch you out, as they are 2 separate companies who are very slow to recognise this was a genuine mistake. The process wastes huge amounts of time and you gain nothing for the wasting of the time in the end. Eventually with much complaining we received a refund to our card. Thank you! Beware of B and Q verified sales partners who aren't included in the discount offer via Blue Light! They even had the cheek to request we write a review on Trustpilot, did they realise they have a bad press?! Needless to say we are NOT buying our sink and tap at B and Q!

Fine for discounts - poor for cashback - have to chase them

It's fine for discounts on giftcards but cashback seems to never be paid unless you contact them to chase it. Basically they hold on to your money unless you ask for it - basically trying to cheat you out of your cashback. It's a real pain and happens almost every time (for many years).

As an ex customer service manager of…

As an ex customer service manager of many years, the customer experience was easy and effortless, which is all anyone ever wants when they have an issue to sort out. After raising my claim, I promptly received acknowledgement, a short while later a further update on my claim provided with a timescale of when I should next expect to hear from them. Then today, a further update confirming my happy resolution and I'm a happy customer! Keep up the great work!

They dealt with Tesco charging me twice…

They dealt with Tesco charging me twice once through rewards gateway and again on my debit card as they told me in tesco the Rewards app hadn't gone through on my reloadable voucher. It took a while to get a response from Tesco but luckily I had these guys to fight my corner. Not even a gift voucher from tesco for the inconvenience of me being out of pocket for a month. Shameful when I spend thousands

Excellent customer service from Westfield today. I had an issue with the use of an instant voucher (retailer website not very clear that it could not be used on the selected item) and this was resolved very promptly and efficiently.Thank you.

Professional support team, happily recommend

The support team are very professional and dealt with a problem I had with an instant voucher. In particular, shout out to Angela G and Zhivko as I panicked about getting a substantial amount refunded from a vendor. On top of that, I'm getting a regular discount on standard supermarket shops and the like which over the year will probably save me around £500. Very happy, then, with the service and offer.

After I purchased a gift card only to realise I made a mistake and topped up on the wrong card
I rang the Support team and they were amazing. They dealt with my issue professionally and resolved the issue Instantly
