Combos:

With two of the proliferate/double cards and the remaining cards on the field, each activated Simic Ascendancy ability will put 3-4 +1/+1 counters on Crystalline Crawler and 3-4 growth counters on Simic Ascendancy, then the +1/+1s can be removed to pay for this ability again.

Alternatively, if you have one of the auras attached to Crystalline Crawler and it can tap, tap it to get a +1/+1 and a Simic Ascendancy counter, then remove the +1/+1 to pay to untap with Pemmin's Aura, and repeat.

Bristly Bill, Spine Sower + Crystalline Crawler

With both on the field, at least six +1/+1s on Crystalline Crawler, and the ability to activate Bristly Bill's ability, activate it, then five of the new +1/+1s from Crystalline Crawler can be used to pay for it again. Alternatively, if there are at least eleven +1/+1s on Crystalline Crawler, you can use those to start the combo.

If all are on the field, Vorel can tap, he has a listed aura equipped or has +1/+1, you can afford his ability, and Crystalline Crawler has at least four +1/+1s and Vorel has one of the auras or it has at least five +1/+1s, double the +1/+1s on Crystalline Crawler, untap Vorel with the untap card, then repeat.

If all are on the field untap creatures can tap, use these to tap and untap each other, creating a 1/1 token when a Merfolk is tapped.

With both on the field and the ability to tap the creature for 4 mana, tap the creature for the mana to use artifact's untap ability on the creature and then to untap itself, leaving at least one remaining mana, then repeat.

If Vorel has Pemmin's Aura equipped, can be tapped, you can afford his ability, and Gemstone Array has at least 4 charge counters, Vorel can tap to double those counters, then remove three so you can pay to untap Vorel, leaving at least one mana left over, then repeat.

With both on the field, at least two charge counters on Autogenerator or at least four on Cornucopia, and the ability to tap it, tap for blue so you can pay to untap it with Sages, leaving at least one mana left over, then repeat.

With both/all on the field, the aura equipped to the creature, and the ability to pay for the aura's ability and tap the creature, tap it, then untap using the aura, then repeat.

With all on the field, the aura on Vizier, and the ability to tap it, tap Simic for mana, then untap it using Vizier, then untap Vizier using aura, then repeat.

With both on the field, the aura on Gyre, and the ability to tap it, do so, then untap with the aura, and repeat.

With all permanents on the field, the aura on the creature, and the ability to play High Tide, cast it, then tap an island for blue, then use the untap creature's ability to untap the Island, then use the aura to untap the creature, then repeat.

With all on the field, the aura (if applicable) and at least one +1/+1 counter attached to Druid, and the ability to tap it, do so, then untap using the aura or Vigean, then repeat.

If all are on the field, Lost Hitte has at least one charge counter, and Cryptic Trilobite has at least one +1/+1 counter, proliferate with Karn's Bastion, then remove 2 +1/+1s from Cryptic Trilobite to get 4 colorless mana, untap Karn's Bastion with Lost Jitte, then repeat.

If both, including a non-commander, are on the field and you can afford to repeat the creature's ability 3x, or if both, including the commander, are on the field and you can activate, untap, and activate again Vorel's ability, you can proliferate/double the counters on Magistrate's Scepter every turn to 3-4 and pay for another turn.

With all on the field, the ability to tap Coretapper, and using one of the non-aura spells with 4 of any mana available or with either of the auras equipped and two blue available, tap Coretapper to put a charge on Scepter, then, if using an aura, untap and tap again twice, or, if using Tezzeret, tap Scepter for a counter and untap both artifacts, then tap Coretapper again for a Scepter charge, or activate Engine's proliferate if using it. Then, you can use Scepter for a new turn and repeat.
