I Must Posses All, or I Possess Nothing

I built a discard deck of my own awhile back, though mine is Dimir (I went with Sygg, River Cutthroat for the card draw) there might be a few cards that are worth a look!
It might get you killed since you're not running hard Stax like Static Orb in here, but Bloodchief Ascension is a really strong card in a discard deck. If you get this out early, it can easily take over a game.
Since you have Creeping Dread in here, maybe Stronghold Rats? Maybe Necrogoyf? Painful Quandary is a lot of mana for a reasonably strong effect, especially if you have any additional effects out with it. I threw in a bunch of racks that hit each opponent (stuff like Wheel of Torture, Rackling, and Shrieking Affliction), I found these helped speed things up.
I'm not sure if you are interested in stuff like Crawlspace, Ensnaring Bridge, or Koskun Falls? They are handy in a discard deck because people often want you dead as soon as they realize your going to make them discard all the fun stuff they're holding up, protection type Stax can be very helpful in my experience. I have a few more, mostly weirder ones, if you want to lean into the area, but it's not THAT deep unless you throw in hard Stax (like Static Orb and Meekstone).
I don't use them in my own discard list, but I also like Shizo, Death's Storehouse for the Fear. Maybe Access Tunnel and/or The Black Gate?

Niko9 Thanks for the feedback. I went ahead and streamlined the deck a bit. Most of the 4 drops were a bit too slow. I added a bit of protection, as well as a few smaller creatures, and I think the deck is in a way better place now! What do you think? I added some more spot removal like Witch Enchanter Flip and Loran of the Third Path, also some evasion with Lost Jitte, Access Tunnel and Rogue's Passage. I added a Stoneforge Mystic since on curve I can reliably fetch the Lost Jitte, Grafted Exoskeleton and Prosthetic Injector

Magar the Horrible

Rise of the Eldrazi is meant to be more of a target for Magar of the Magic Strings than a card to cast from our hand. I would love to add Ancient Tomb TO EVERY DECK haha, but, alas, a copy must become available...and at a more affordable price. To be clear, there are four lands that can tap for colorless mana (Access Tunnel, Rogue's Passage, Sulfurous Springs, Tainted Peak) and three artifacts (Mana Crypt, Sol Ring, Talisman of Indulgence). For me, Mirari is too pricey. I love the card and have tried playing with it in a variety of decks. However, it just comes down to being too mana-intensive. You hit the nail on the head with Wheel of Misfortune: we don't want to help our opponents!

- 33 lands is too low and will force too many mulligans. Try playing 35 lands. To prevent being mana flooded with these extra lands, add lands that have some activated ability that can be used later in the game. I suggest adding Creeping Tar Pit, Access Tunnel.
- You have too few dual lands fixing your colors. You'll likely end up missing one of the colors. Here's a list of dual lands to consider: Choked Estuary, Darkwater Catacombs, River of Tears, Darkslick Shores, Shipwreck Marsh, Drowned Catacomb, Sunken Ruins, Temple of Deceit.
- Since you are an aggro deck, you need to play untapped lands. Remove The Dross Pits. BTW, you have it listed twice, which is obviously a mistake.

Azoth2099 I see that you have Hoarding Broodlord in your list!
As far as cards to cut for Master of Cruelties, I don't see that you're playing Bomberman combo, so what is the Disciple of the Vault for exactly? Just a hate piece against treasures?
I'm always of the mindset that it's better to build your deck to prioritize and protect your own win condition(s), rather than try and just use cards as hate bears or 1-for-1 removal.
I'd suggest to cut Disciple for Master as a way to further advance your gameplan of killing the table lol
I do have a question about the include of Ashnod's Altar - your smaller creatures seem very impactful for either card advantage or disrupting your opponents in some way, so what exactly are you sacrificing to the Altar? Is it just to generate more mana to get to the top of the curve faster?
Another card you could add to ensure that Master gets through more often is Access Tunnel
I wound up cutting it from my list for more colored mana sources, but I'm not seeing you playing any infinite combos so if Master becomes your game-plan to quickly eliminate opponents, it could be helpful!

Hey! Love the deck. It certainly seems really good! Might I suggest a few tweaks:
Banehound isn't really great here. I'd recommend you cut it in favor of a more synergistic card.
You have a lot of non-mill cards. I think the deck could benefit from a more focused game plan.
More artifact ramp and commander protection would help you execute your mill plan more easily and consistently. Sol Ring, Mind Stone, Fellwar Stone or even Decanter of Endless Water are amazing. For protection, Winged Boots, Swiftfoot Boots, and Lightning Greaves are all great options.
Finally consider adding Rogue's Passage - it's pretty much another Access Tunnel.

The Horrarrr

Hey! Joey from EDHRECast commented on upgrades for Captain N'ghathrod here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obGhfxKWkk4. He focus more on the mill side of things, so he has more targets for reanimation.
Doing my research on topics he didn't touch on, you might want to consider:
- Some evasion for your Horrors: Intimidation, Vela the Night-Clad;
- Some recursion with Beacon of Unrest, Body Double, Boneyard Parley;
- Ramp that does something else: Heraldic Banner, Midnight Clock, Phyrexian Totem;
- Draw that fills your graveyard: Fact or Fiction, Hostile Negotiations, Scattered Thoughts, Scion of Halaster.
Lands:
Just like what I did with Menacing Aura, it might be wise to stuff some utility into your lands, so you have more options when playing your matches.
In:
- Access Tunnel is a second copy of Rogue's Passage. If all else fails, it at least works on Captain N'ghathrod itself.
- Talking about second copies, Tomb Fortress is a second Port of Karfell in your build.
- Bojuka Bog is a must for when another graveyard deck gets out of control.
- Memorial to Folly is a late game alternative for gas when your hand is depleted.
- Geier Reach Sanitarium lets you sculpt your hand and graveyard for recursion later. It may also put some fatties on your opponents' graveyards for you to reanimate.
- Hagra Mauling Flip is removal on a land.
- Terrain Generator ramps you when you have nothing else to do with your mana.
- Faceless Haven is another Horror at your disposal, as long as you run
- 7x Snow-Covered Island and 7x Snow-Covered Swamp.
- And to tie all together, Tolaria West, that can search any of the lands above.
