A native of Texas, Alyssa, began acting at age 4 following in her
uncles footsteps. It was at the age of 9 that her family transferred to
California that she was able to pursue her love of acting on a more serious
level. Alyssa now spends her time acting, singing and writing songs and
just hanging out with her friends. She has one sister,
Amanda Petersen, who is also an actress.
