Kijsa Gifford is 19 years old and is from Evansville, Wisconsin. She now resides in Los Angeles and Atlanta. Her name is pronounced "Ky-Sa." She is a student at Lee Strasberg School in LA and is a former college student at USF. She began acting at age 4 and is known for her current role as Maxine in the Lifetime Movie, "A Model Murder," Kijsa has written an original screenplay titled, "Echoes of the Veil," in which she plays the starring role, of Estella Wellington. Kijsa's production company, Norma Jean Entertainment is co-producing "Echoes of the Veil," which has been greenlit and filming begins this winter in London. Kijsa is the lead actress, co-producer, and co-costume designer in the Indie Horror Thriller "Morrow Road," filming now which is set to release in theaters worldwide on 02/14/25. Morrow Road is based on the true story of one of the most haunted roads in America and the film details the urban legend of the string of deaths that have occurred there since the 1800s. Kijsa is slated to film multiple features between 2024 and 2026 including "The Last Asgardian" where she will play the role of the Norse Goddess Freya, "Realm of the Waterfall", "The Ice Chronicles", and many more announcements coming soon.
Kijsa has recently launched a co-branded fashion line with Fruition Endeavors that carries a high-end athletic wear line called "future by kijsa," a couture dress line that is inspired by various movies called "norma jean by kijsa," a cosmetic line and much more to come. Kijsa along with partners Taha Hussein and Jamie Eliason are set to display their creative designs at the New York Fashion Week this fall followed by London and Paris Fashion weeks. Their designs are one-of-a-kind and truly a work of art.
Kijsa has spent most of her childhood in intensive training honing her skill set as an elite path-ed gymnast, volleyball player, lacrosse player, and collegiate-level pole vaulter giving her unique skills and advanced physical abilities that complement her acting career. Kijsa trains with the legendary Anthony DeLongis and Timothy Kittlestad in whips, swords, bow and arrow, guns, and martial arts, adding additional depth to her already impressive repertoire of skills.
Kijsa is launching a brand-new fashion line in partnership Taha Hussein Al-Zouba and Jamie Eliason of Fruition Endeavors. Their collaboration is a one-of-a-kind, fashion-forward, and showstopping couture dress line and athletic wear brand that will soon be gracing the red carpet and stores worldwide. Kijsa and Taha's fashion lines will debut during the New York Fashion Show at the Sony Arena in September 2024.
Kijsa is multi-ethnic and mixed ethnicity, her Grandmother is from Thailand, and she is very proud of her Thai, Norwegian, and English heritage. One interesting fun fact about Kijsa; she is a cousin of the late actress Marilyn Monroe, on her biological father's (Charles Stanley Gifford) side of the family. Kijsa has natural beauty, charisma, and charm, similar to her famous relative. Kijsa is poised to follow in her footsteps and will debut on the silver screen this year.
