Bad Lesbian 4: Older/Younger

This Girlfriends Films series rocks the boat a bit, departing from the label's improvised dialog to give the actresses a fighting chance at creating involving situations and even believable characters prior to those all-important c. 40-minute XXX segments.

Divided into two parts, Volume 4 leads off with Kendra Lust taking on a new persona, playing a MILF who is feeling her age, unsure that she has appeal anymore, compared to young women. Her friends including Syren De Mer strongly reassure her (and the viewer remains well aware she remains an ultra-popular Adult actress), and she gets to hump Penny Pax for reinforcement. Syren gets fellow redhead Claire Robbins, while the 4 ladies' dialog is sharp and in Pax's case humorous instead of rambling stabs at improv. As usual, no screenwriting or directing credit is listed.

Second half of the show is more serious and continues with a touch of strangeness associated with this series. Tanya Tate and Darla Crane (two true icons of Adult Cinema) are a couple who live in the shadow of their teen daughters having run away together years ago, leaving both of them feeling awful beehond the "empty nest" syndrome.

On top of this, as the duo does routine household chores Darla finds a post-it in the couch with a phone number on it and becomes audibly jealous. Tight script resolves this mystery number at film's end with satisfyingly dramatic effect.

To keep their spirits up, and oddly enough to somehow reinforce their lesbian commitment to each other, the mature ladies resort to role-playing, using a website called "Motherf*ckers" to meet up with willing young women who pretend to be their daughters.

Tate pushes for this to continue, while Crane is ambivalent, but Lea Lexis and redhead Zoey Nixon show up to service the women. Slight physical resemblance to their partner "mommy" is preferred, and the XXX arrangement dovetails not coincidentally with current porn fans' fondness for fantasy incest content.

Lea, who has been with Tate before, throws herself wholeheartedly into the "I've been bad, mommy" routine, and even earns a good spanking from Tanya for her efforts. Zoey, in contrast, has great difficulty in getting into character and finally gives up, with Darla happy to hump her instead on an arm's-length basis.

Strangest, even cryptic element here, consists of two brief scenes of first Darla/Tanya and later Zoey/Lea in the shower nude with squeeze bottles filled with water, emptied into their pussies.

It might have been merely an odd form of douche to get them all ready for the sex with a stranger scenes that followed, but it also suggested a method of prepping porn performers for shooting a so-called Squirting scene, where Evian or Poland Spring is shot out of those pussies for the camera and to sort of fool the fans of that porn kink.

At any rate, no squirting occurs, and the footage, left unexplained, does fly in the face of Girlfriends Films' once-famous defensive stance (of a decade ago) of actually offering a $15,000 award to anyone who could prove that the frequent (especially by contract star Deauxma) squirting content was artificially induced.
