Accumulating evidence for the associated production of a new Higgs boson at the LHC / Crivellin, Andreas (Zurich U. ; PSI, Villigen ; CERN) ; Fang, Yaquan (Beijing, Inst. High Energy Phys. ; Beijing, GUCAS) ; Fischer, Oliver (Liverpool U.) ; Bhattacharya, Srimoy (U. Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, Sch. Phys.) ; Kumar, Mukesh (U. Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, Sch. Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, Sch. Phys.) ; Ruan, Xifeng (U. Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, Sch. Phys.) ; Sha, Qiyu (Beijing, Inst. High Energy Phys. ; Beijing, GUCAS)
In the last decades, the Standard Model (SM) of particle physics has been extensively tested and confirmed, with the announced discovery of the Higgs boson in 2012 being the last missing puzzle piece. Even though since then the search for new particles and interactions has been further intensified, the experiments ATLAS and CMS at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN did not find evidence for the direct production of a new state. The anomalous production of multi-lepton and its impact on the measurement of $Wh$ production at the LHC / Hernandez, Yesenia (U. Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, Sch. Phys.) ; Kumar, Mukesh (U. High Energy Phys.)
Anomalies in multi-lepton final states at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) have been reported in Refs.~\cite{vonBuddenbrock:2017gvy,vonBuddenbrock:2019ajh}. These can be interpreted in terms of the production of a heavy boson, $H$, decaying into a Standard Model (SM) Higgs boson, $h$, and a singlet scalar, $S$, which is treated as a SM Higgs-like boson. Jet-Origin Identification and Its Application at an Electron-Positron Higgs Factory / Liang, Hao (Beijing, Inst. High Energy Phys. ; Beijing, GUCAS) ; Zhu, Yongfeng (Peking U., SKLNPT) ; Wang, Yuexin (Beijing, Inst. High Energy Phys. ; Beijing, GUCAS ; CCAST World Lab, Beijing) ; Che, Yuzhi (Beijing, Inst. High Energy Phys. ; Beijing, GUCAS) ; Zhou, Chen (Peking U., SKLNPT) ; Qu, Huilin (CERN) ; Ruan, Manqi (Beijing, Inst. High Energy Phys. ; Beijing, GUCAS)
To enhance the scientific discovery power of high-energy collider experiments, we propose and realize the concept of jet origin identification that categorizes jets into 5 quark species $(b,c,s,u,d)$, 5 anti-quarks $(\bar{b},\bar{c},\bar{s},\bar{u},\bar{d})$, and the gluon. Using state-of-the-art algorithms and simulated $\nu\bar{\nu}H, H\rightarrow jj$ events at 240 GeV center-of-mass energy at the electron-positron Higgs factory, the jet origin identification simultaneously reaches jet flavor tagging efficiencies ranging from 67% to 92% for bottom, charm, and strange quarks, and jet charge flip rates of 7% to 24% for all quark species. We show how calculable IR loop effects impact positivity bounds in Effective Field Theories with causal and unitary UV completions. We identify infrared singularities which appear in dispersion relations at $|t|\lesssim m^2$. [...]

We study probes of neutral triple gauge couplings (nTGCs) at the LHC and the proposed 100TeV $pp$ colliders, and compare their sensitivity reaches with those of the proposed $e^+ e^-$ colliders. The nTGCs provide a unique window to the new physics beyond the Standard Model (SM) because they can arise from SM effective field theory (SMEFT) operators that respect the full electroweak gauge group $SU(2)_L\otimes U(1)_Y$ of the SM only at the level of dimension-8 or higher.
