allow matching content in web monitoring headers

      ZBXNEXT-282 implements ability to retrieve headers only in web monitoring, but does not allow to match content in them. it would be nice to :

      • match content in body only;
      • match content in headers only;
      • match content in both

      this would be needed for the "required" string and content extraction
