Config sync doesn't pick up interval changes for web scenarios

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. On a clean system, add a web scenario with interval 1h, wait for execution
      2. Change interval to 10s

      Result:

      Observe the interval only changed after 1h.

      Expected:

      Interval change after next config sync.
