Steps to reproduce:

1. start proxy on same port with server, yep, stupid example, meanwhile error message is confusing

Result:

zbx_tcp_listen() fatal error: unable to serve on any address

Expected:
Message: "... port or address already in use..." and not something impossible with address/port binding happened...
